What is Nickel 201 Pipes?

The Nickel 201 Pipes are produced containing high nickel content and other alloying elements which attribute them to have exceptional properties.

The versatile Alloy 201 Pipes have excellent electrical conductivity and resist exposure to caustic alkalis. They are manufactured with improved mechanical properties that ensure a minimum tensile strength of 403 MPa and minimum yield strength of 103 MPa, with additional capability for elongation by 50%. Ductility enhancement and alleviation of internal stresses are carried out through proper heat treatment in Pure Ni 201 Annealed Pipes.

Nickel 201 is a low-carbon version of commercially pure nickel with a maximum of 0.02% carbon, which makes it highly resistant to corrosive and acidic environments, including carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in water.Nickel 201 should be implemented very carefully in a high temperature and wet atmosphere as its corrosion resistance will fall.
